The nose displays a rich aromatic palette, with marked aging notes (smoky and toasted), flowers, and walnuts on a background of butter, coffee caramel, and hints of dried figs. The palate is smooth, with a fine bubble, notes of great maturity, and hints of ‘dulce de leche’, pine nut bread, and pastries. It envelops the palate well, with a very creamy foam and well-modulated carbonation.
